They collected interest from me for years, and this is how they thank me for my business and money. I can guarantee that I will NEVER again give TD any of my business. I am lucky enough to have the means to pay off what I owe, but I know not everyone is. I am disgusted with this as they are a bank and I have done nothing wrong - we had a contract and I abided by all of the rules of the contract. I have never missed a payment with them in all of the years I have dealt with them. The letter said it had to be paid by November 10 - they called me November 15 since I never got the letter (it was sent by ********* and no one ever picked up or signed for the letter) yet they waited to call me. I just received a letter in the mail (that went to an address I haven't lived at in over 6 years, and only sent to my correct address today, November 22) that they are closing all of these accounts effective immediately and the line of credit has to be paid immediately. I have had an unsecured line of credit with TD for years. When told they would lose money repossessing it they just said they would sue instead. I owe 6600 on a car worth 7 in mint condition, I have an 11000 dollar engine quote for that same car and I'm fighting with warranty. I am insured please just allow me some time, customer service won't allow me to speak with anyone who can help before a "business decision" gets made. ![]() Let me pay this car off and leave my phone alone, I've had clingy girlfriends that call me less than TD auto finance. The car needs a motor and I only owe 6600 on the car, please just give me time. When I call to repeat myself they say "it's automated, we aren't calling you." I am constantly being ******** by so called customer service staff, I have no income and they constantly threaten me with repossession and a lawsuit.**************** there's no way for me to make 3 months of payments and I am insured for this which TD is aware of. It doesn't matter if I call them three times today I will receive a new call almost everyday. Always the same nonsense from the staff on customer service, it's "automated" and they have no control. Their auto calling system has been ********* me since I first started driving this thing, it would call to say payments hadn't been made when they have. I bought a car in 2015 for around 28000 dollars. ![]()
